Good news - Places are available for:

1 hour - trial art lesson - any age (over 7) from £25.00 ph

121 private art tuition - any age (over 7) from £22.00 ph

Monday’s 7-10yrs Group Class £15pp (Term time) ph

Create your own group class (just 2 students needed)

New term begins Monday 7th September
- ALL NEW STUDENTS ARE INVITED FOR A 121 TRIAL.
To book your 121 TRIAL use the CONTACT ME page in the first instance. Once a mutually suitable date and time have been arranged, I kindly ask for the £25.00 fee in advance to secure your booking, for the 1 hour - 121 trial lesson. Plus an extra £10 per student thereafter ie: 2 students £35, 3 students £45 etc, etc.
Each block of lessons booked thereafter, are paid in advance on a monthly basis. This helps me prepare art lessons before hand and secures your chosen date/time.

Art tuition for NEW students:
1-2-1 Trial - 1 Hour £25.00
All new students, along with parents, guardians and siblings too if you wish can sit in during the one hour trial. This is essential to get to know one another, I encourage new students to bring along any current artwork for us to discuss, from home or school (sketchbook/phone photo’s etc).
You will have a tour of the art studio and surroundings, be encouraged to do a sketch/drawing ‘your way’ for me to see your ability and where I can help you improve. We look at the art school terms and conditions, the all important registration form and you can ask any questions that may arise, before deciding if my kind of art tuition and my art studio is suitable for you (your son/daughter etc) before committing.
121 - Post trial art lesson fees, per hour:
£22.00 (Age 7-10)
£25.00 (Age 11-14)
£28.00 (Age 15-17)
£30.00 (Over 18's)
Classes are not limited to weekly or one hour. For example: I have one student who comes fortnightly and another who comes weekly for a 3 hour art class. Anything is possible, just ask!
*NB: Fee’s are subject to increase inline with inflation.

Post trial, new students are taught these 5 fundamental art lessons:
Lesson 1: Understanding PENCILS - grades, mark making, tone and history.
Lesson 2: All about erasers, not just rubbing out! Highlighting, subtractive drawing and history.
Lesson 3: The many varieties of paper, uses, sizes, weights and history.
Lesson 4: Learning to draw the Trudi Edmunds way using dotty plotty!
Lesson 5: Colour Part 1 - From the beginning...

After these 5 introductory lessons, we discuss each students ideas, wishes and possible projects for the future, encouraging interaction and engagement.

🌱 GROUP ART CLASS
Create your own group class, you just need 2 students to attend on the same day at the same time and viola, you have a group class!
We have one established General Art & Design - 1 hour mixed age (7 to 10 years) group class on Monday’s after school 4.20 to 5.20pm £15.00 per student per session.
Group classes comprise of between 2 to 8 students.
