Trudi Edmunds School of Art – Art Classes & Art Workshops – Terms & Conditions – Arty Tee’s & Cee’s!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by you (The student/Parent/Guardian)

No refunds can be given once art classes are booked and payment has been received. Please let Trudi know if the student booked in for an art lesson is unable to attend, as soon as possible. Under special circumstances, art lessons could be postponed and rescheduled for another date, talk to Trudi.

Cancellation by Trudi Edmunds School of Art

If Trudi Edmunds finds it necessary to cancel a class, workshop or session, for any reason all parents/guardians/students will be notified immediately and a new mutually convenient time/date arranged or a refund offered. If a course must be cancelled completely, Trudi will give students the opportunity of a full refund or rescheduling.

If unplanned or unforeseen circumstances prompt a singular session of a multi-week course to be cancelled, Trudi will contact all parents/guardians/students immediately, informing them of an alternative date to make up the total amount of sessions purchased or offer a refund for the singular session cost. Trudi will refund the parent/guardian/student(s) within three weeks of the session cancellation date.

For refunds the relevant bank details will need to be submitted, in order for the funds to be returned.

COVID 19 and other pandemics should they arise…

I (Trudi Edmunds) follow scientific, government and local council advice at all times.

Cancellations made in accordance, in response or relating to COVID 19 restrictions or guidance such as the impact of lockdown, test and trace, national or local regulation, the decision or requirement of Trudi, or students to self isolate will be subject to different terms and conditions to those detailed above in our general policy.

We will endeavour to provide the most equitable and supportive solution for students in unprecedented circumstances.

If Trudi or the student(s) needs to cancel bookings or activities for any reason relating to Covid 19 or any pandemic we will first attempt to find a way that the remaining sessions can be completed remotely either through online learning (ie: Zoom) or we can look at rescheduling the activity for a later date.

If these alternative solutions are not deemed by Trudi to be viable then she will provide refunds for the proportion cancelled in the case of activities cancelled mid way through or whole of the booking for activities yet to start.

*A £10% fee will be deducted from all refunds

Student Conduct

Trudi expects all students to conduct themselves in a civilised manner. If a student is behaving in an inappropriate and unsuitable manner, Trudi reserves the right to issue a verbal warning. If the inappropriate behaviour continues then the student(s) will be asked to leave Trudi Edmunds School of Art.

Appearance of Images

The colours you see on your screen may not look exactly the same as the actual artwork you receive. This is because
every computer, smart phone and tablet screen is configured differently, and of course all artwork is original, unique and
created by my own fair hand! Hopefully you will love the artwork as much as I loved creating it and enjoy it for evermore!
